Terms of purchase

Conditions for payment and booking of pitches, parking, camping, glamping or boat berths at Strömsnäs Camping. These conditions apply between Skaraborgs Naur and Turism AB with and whoever books/pays for a pitch at Strömsnäs themselves or through another person. The orderer/payer is stated as "Customer" in the terms and conditions. The supplier is stated as "Strömsnäs", "We" or "Strömsnäs". The booking/payment applies to the rental of a pitch at Strömsnäs. Customers/guests at Strömsnäs are obliged to follow Strömsnäs' Rules and Regulations, which can be found in their entirety at www.stromsnascamping.se Customers/guests who do not follow these regulations have the right to reject Strömsnäs staff from the area.

Booking and payment for private individuals

In order to book/pay for a place, the customer must be at least 18 years old. To be able to complete the payment of the fee, a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or (BankId and Swish) is required.

Booking of 24-hour place

The price includes rent of the place, the booking fee and connection (incl. consumption) of electricity (10 amps). In case of booking a place without electricity, rent of the place and booking fee are included. Strömsnäs pitches for rent 12.00-12.00 Glamping tents for rent 15.00-11.00

VAT

All prices include value added tax (VAT) of 12% for the rental of accommodation, pitches and campsites. All amounts are stated in SEK.

Payment/Booking confirmation

On receipt of the booking confirmation, this must be checked, so that all information is correct. It is the responsibility of the customer/orderer to ensure that the information on the booking confirmation is correct. Booking confirmation is sent via e-mail and as a text message (SMS). In the event of an error, Strömsnäs must be contacted within 3 days of receiving the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival. Changes after this are not possible.

Payment of booking

Payment is made directly, also when booking.

Cancellation of booked place

Cancellation can only be done online via the link you receive in the confirmation email when you book. Cancellation less then 72h before the booking starts is not refunded. In case of cancellation more than 74 hours before the booking starts, the entire amount paid will be refunded.

Charging of electronic vehicles

Charging of electronic vehicles is prohibited and is not included in the daily rent. In the event of unauthorized charging, a fee of SEK 750 per charge is payable.

Responsibility

Strömsnäs is not responsible for things left behind or damage caused by third parties. Each electrical outlet is 10 amps, which basically only means current for charging. Overcharging risks knocking out all or parts of our electricity grid. In case of obvious misuse, we reserve the right to invoice the repair costs. One withdrawal per car. Breach of contract

This is an agreement drawn up between the customer (orderer) and Strömsnäs. The agreement ceases to apply with immediate effect if: The conditions in this document are not met. The customer/guests in the party behave in a disruptive manner in the area. The customer/guests in the party commit vandalism in the area. If a breach of contract occurs, the customer/guests in the party must immediately move from the area. In the event of destruction or disruptive behaviour, damages may be claimed by the customer.

Force majeure

In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes and other events that can be regarded as force majeure, Strömsnäs can cancel the agreement, whereby the customer and guests must be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, Strömsnäs is obliged to repay the amount paid, with the exception of the benefit that has been derived from the site.
